If you have major depressive disorder (MDD) and your current antidepressant medication(s) is not working, or you still feel a lack or loss of interest in usually pleasurable activities, you may qualify for a clinical research study.

We are currently enrolling people 18 to 65 years of age who have been diagnosed with MDD. If you are interested in taking part in this research study, please continue below and complete the questionnaire to determine your eligibility.

By answering the following questions, you agree to have your information (a) retained for the duration of the research study and up to 4 years for future studies, and (b) shared with research sites only so they can contact you by phone or email (as provided) regarding your interest in study participation.

Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
Have you been diagnosed with major depressive disorder?
Have you been on current antidepressants at the same dose for at least 6 weeks?
Have you been on current antidepressants at the same dose for at least 8 weeks?
If you have a history of any of the following, mark all that apply:
Have you been treated with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the last 6 months?
Have you received ECT that has improved your MDD?
Are you currently on thyroid medication and have been on a stable dose for at least 3 months or more?
